Before approving a sale listing, our retained Liberian attorney checks the deed and available registry records with the Liberia Land Authority (LLA), including whether the seller has a documented right to transfer the property.

The APManagementGroup verification reviewer must record completion of required checks before a sale property can appear among verified listings. Incomplete, inconsistent or disputed submissions stay unpublished.
Coordinate qualified legal review, seller and buyer documents, purchase agreements, LLA verification, probate and registration steps as applicable. Government offices issue or register official documents—not APManagementGroup.

APManagementGroup does not adjudicate disputes. Any adverse claim triggers escalation to counsel and the competent authorities.

Get a property assessmentStarter planning rates shown in USD, not final quotes. Monrovia has a separate price schedule. Fencing is a one-time project estimate based on perimeter, height, material and site inspection; it is not included in the periodic management subtotal. Materials, rentals, government charges, taxes and unusual maintenance are excluded unless quoted.
APManagementGroup provides separate estimates for materials and labor; work starts after client approval and confirmed funding. Clients pay for replacement parts, paint, and owner-requested plants. Repeated refusal to maintain a clean, safe property can result in delisting and contract termination subject to written notice and applicable agreements.
Read our maintenance policyProperty owners and APManagementGroup must jointly approve the advertised monthly rental price or sale asking price. Either party may propose a price or counteroffer. Both must approve changes before they appear publicly. Management, repair, and legal fees are separate.
